PSI ^®
Fiserv Lending Solutions-Portfolio Services has created a proprietary web-based processing platform called PSI ^®. The PSI platform allows clients to make decisions regarding products they would like to order and check the status of placed products.

The information stored on PSI allows transaction managers to supervise the order from initiation through to completion. Clients can view the status of the order at any time. Once the orders are completed in PSI the client is sent the finished product via email, FTP and/or links which allow downloads of product PDFs.

Orders on PSI are kept indefinitely. Clients have the ability through a bump logic system, to add products to the existing order. For example a Prop Score Plus can easily be bumped to a Broker Price Opinion.
