The goal of predictive review is to create action before the borrower becomes delinquent. This will keep the delinquencies at a reduced rate which will save money in your bottom line.
 
We will review and stratify your portfolio and based on this review develop a diligence plan. After developing the plan with you, we determine the borrower’s willingness and/or ability to pay the loan. This determination is based on a pay history review, a credit fade review and a property valuation analysis. Then we will grade the loan and provide you with our recommendation.
