eVault In-depth:
This service is an easy way to get started with electronic mortgages while also supporting paper-based loan files. The eVault can store imaged and electronic original documents. Your loan files can transfer from eClosing or other electronic signing platforms. eVault provides a robust audit trail to track loan, servicing, and custodial transfers and provides access to loan portfolios online. It streamlines loan production cycles and reduces costs for secondary market partners.

Electronically signed documents are maintained in an authenticated state throughout the document lifecycle in order to clearly recognize the electronic original, thereby preserving the control, integrity, and accuracy of the eNote, also known as the transferable record. The built-in integration with the MERS® eRegistry provides compliance with industry requirements to track the current owner and vault location.

Access to eVault is provided through a Web site that includes private-labeling options and system-to-system integration, allowing flexibility and ease of access for all business partners. Business is transacted in real-time with seamless data migration between business processes and trading connections, including support for electronic quality control checks.
